Pasadena Chamber of Commerce

In an effort to strengthen the economy of the greater Pasadena area, the Chamber works with local business groups and districts on a number of initiatives. We’ve helped restart the Pasadena Restaurant Association, compiled a white paper on commercial office activities and supporter the downtown Business Districts in their work.

Recently we’ve been working with business and property owners in the Hastings Ranch area as they work to define an identity for the eastern part of Pasadena. We’ve met several times, most recently with Council Member Steve Haderlein to talk about concerns and vision for the commercial area. Talks are fruitful, though we all have a lot of work to do as we move forward.

In Lamanda Park, on the other side of the freeway, business owners have just started meeting. Some have definite ideas of what they want to accomplish and how to do it.

The Chamber is being as supportive as possible with both groups.
