Business and Economic Summit 2016 at the University Club October 25, 2016

Join leaders of business and indistry at the 2016 Business and Econommic Summit on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at 11:30 am at the University Club. Cost is $50 per person and $400 for a table of eight, with identifying corporate signage. Mayor Terry Tornek will welcome guests. Featured speaker is Tracy Hernandez, Founding CEO of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed). Pasadena Economic Development Manager Eric Duyshart will provide and update on local initiatives and projects. JPL Acquisition Division Manager Karl Bird will moderate a panel discussion with Brittany Dodd of CBRE who will discuss the evolving workplace, Kim Sidders of Bolton & Company who will discuss the workforce of the future and Los Angeles METRO Chief Communications Officer Pauletta Tonilas who will talk about the future of transportation in Los Angeles and the impact new technologies and behaviors may have on transportatino planning for the region.

Parking is provided. The University Club is localted at 175 North Oakland Avenue in Pasadena.

Luncheon Alliance
Join us for our networking Luncheon Alliance on October 5, 2016, at 11:45am at Brookside Golf Club. Pasadena Ronald McDonald House sponsors. Elizabeth Dever will be on hand to discuss tghe mission of Ronald McDonald House and how you can help them assist families of children at Huntington Hospital. Cost for the lunch is $25 for Pasadena Chamber members and $30 for non-members. Those reserving after the Monday at 5pm deadline pay $5 more. We meet in the Mediterranean Room at 1133 N. Rosemont Avenue (near the Rose Bowl) in Pasadena.
Connection Breakfast
You can meet and network with Pasadena Chamber members at our Connection Breakfast on Thursday, October13, 2016, at 7am at the Courtyard by Marriott in Old Pasadena. Peopleready sponsors. Dave Lawrence will talk about temporary staffing needs, how peopleready can make employment decisions easy for you and more. Cost is $25 for Chamber members and $30 for others. Reserve before the Monday deadline or pay an additional $5 per person.

Pasadena Chamber After Hours Social and Mixer
Join Pasadena Chamber members and friends at our monthly Pasadena Chamber After Hours Social and Mixer on Thursday, October 20th, 2016, from 5pm to 9pm. The September mixer is sponsored by Residence Inn Marriott. Visit Pasadena's newest hotel and enjoy refreshments and appetizers. The Residence Inn marriott is at 21 West Wawlnut Street in Pasadena. Admission is free for Chamber members. All others pay $10. There is onsite and street parking. No need to RSVP, just show up for friendship, networknig and fun.
