Winning photo to be featured on cover of 2008-09 Pasadena Business Directory and Visitor Guide

Pasadena Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a photo contest to determine what image will grace the cover of the organization's annual Business Directory and Community Guide. The guide is published annually as a service to Chamber members and the community. It is distributed to Chamber members as well as others interested in relocating, doing business or visiting Pasadena.

Contestants should submit photos they feel represent some aspect of life in Pasadena. There are no limitations on subject matter or content. Photos must be submitted electronically in print quality format. Entrants may submit more than one photo, but each must be listed on the entry form and accompanied by the photo release.

The grand prize winner will receive dinner for four at a top local restaurant, photo credit, copies of the final publication, and recognition at the release of the Directory. Photographers whose work is used in the publication will receive appropriate photo credit, two copies of the publication and recognition at the release event.

The Directory and Guide is published annually by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and includes information on Chamber members, contact information and a business directory that can assist consumers in finding services and goods easily from reputable companies. The publication contains information about the Pasadena community, including historic, cultural, entertainment, education and recreation opportunities available in the greater Pasadena area.
