Opportunity to Showcase Your Business at Live on Green Just Before New Years

The organizer of the Live on Green event at the Pasadena Convention Center is offering exhibit space to local attractions, retailers and companies during the event.

This is your invitation to have local Pasadena Businesses Meet and Greet the Fans and Visitors of Pasadena Tournament of Roses, Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game!

As you are already aware we would like to help the Pasadena community and would love for any of your members to be involved in the LIVE ON GREEN hosting event on December 29, 30, and 31, 2022 from 10am to 5pm Daily. The event will be in Exhibit Hall A at the Pasadena Convention Center.

The organizers would love any and all local business and tourism information at this event. They are providing exhibit space for FREE. You only costs would be what you bring with you and anything you needed to rent from the Pasadena Center. You can bring your own tables, display materials, etc.

They should notify Destiny Smith our Show Manager at the Pasadena Convention Center should they want to participate. All table or chair rentals or electrical needs must be handled through her office.   dsmith@pasadenacenter.com  616-817-5603

VENDOR LOAD-IN: 11am December 28.

We have Booth spaces available at the LIVE ON GREEN event.

They will be located along the East and West wall of Exhibit Hall A.

There can be as many 10'X10' sections as needed as long as we don't exceed available space that has been agreed to with Destiny Smith for the event.

I've been instructed that Outside FOOD is not permitted for sale in the Pasadena Convention Center.

VENDOR LOAD-OUT is 4:30 pm December 31

RSVP: We do need to know by December 16 which businesses would like to be involved so we can SAVE a space and booth size location on the floor plan.

Please have anyone interested contact Ed James (thinkbigstuff@gmail.com) or Destiny (dsmith@pasadenacenter.com) to Reserve a Space for the event.

I know this is a very busy time of year for everyone, but I wanted to be sure you were aware of the opportunity.
