Sixteen years ago, our world changed forever.
Nearly 3000 innocent people perished as a result of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and United Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.
As a result, America and Americans came together in shock to grieve and worry about the future of our country and our world.
Today, as we remember this terrible anniversary, let's also remember those who died.
Also, let's please take a moment to remember those who have served our country overseas since 9-11, and those who perished in so doing.
