We conduct sessions virtually, in the student’s home, or in a public space, such as a coffee shop or a public library. HLM is not your run-of-the-mill tutoring or music or art lessons company. We go above and beyond when it comes to serving our students by teaching with the HLM philosophy of expertise, kindness, and positive motivation.

Contact: Jim Konoske

I help people sell antiques, art, coins, jewelry and entire estates. I broker for 16 auctions. Every auction has plus and minus side. I endeavor to get what you need to sell to the right auction at the right time to get you as much money as possible. I am not a dealer, I do not buy from my clients, I work on a percentage basis. So the more money I make for you, the more I make for me. That is a win win situation.

I am also an appraiser and can create a written appraisal for Insurance, Estate or Tax purposes. USPAP certified.
