Cleaning, Janitorial, Pressure & Window Washing Services

At Ace Noir Cleaning Services L.L.C, we provide Janitorial Services, Day Porter Services, and Virucide Disinfection Services. Janitorial and Day Porter services are responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the day or night. Their duties include dusting, cleaning surfaces, mopping, vacuuming floors and emptying trash cans or recycling bins, and much more. Virucide Disinfection Services are responsible for killing viruses and bacteria on surfaces or objects. Our process includes the use of electrostatic sprayers or misters to apply EPA-approved disinfectant chemicals on all high touch points surfaces.

Asian Rehabilitation Service, Inc. (ARS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 community-based corporation whose primary purpose is to provide vocational rehabilitation and other programs to assist individuals with disabilities facing barriers to employment to achieve their highest potential for self-worth and independent living. We purpose our mission to provide program participants with meaningful work experience, training, and vocational rehabilitation in an industrial environment and assistance with job placement with public and private employers.

WHO WE ARE J's Maintenance has been providing janitorial services since 1969. We have always been here in Glendale and we are family owned and operated. We currently have over 300 employees nationwide. Our main concentration of clients and employees is right here in Southern California. We are servicing many accounts of all sizes throughout Southern California on a nightly basis.
