The North Lake Village Business Association (NLVBA) was created to promote economic prosperity, growth and neighborhood vitality in the North Lake Area of Pasadena. Spearheaded by the Enterprise Zone of the City of Pasadena in early 2005, the organization is slowly being recognized as a new commercial center for different kinds of activities. One of NLVBA's visions is to attract individuals and businesses that will promote Art in all of its variedly exciting forms. NLVBA is seeking potential members from the businesses around Lake Avenue and Washington Blvd. NLVBA holds morning meetings on the first Tuesday of the month. Local area issues are discussed with city officials at the meetings and NLVBA lobby for positive changes for the businesses in the area. Members vary from small one-person shops to multi-million dollar businesses. NLVBA plans and supports business forums, mixers, special events, picnics and other social networking events. NLVBA members are multi-racial, politically diverse, and multi-talented. For more info, please visit our website at www.NorthLakeVillage.biz.
