Hear local business and industry leaders discuss our local and regional economy. Tickets are $50 per person and include lunch and valet parking. William (Bill) Allen Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation will provide an economic overview and insights into trends and issues that may impact our economy.
The Pasadena Business and Economic Summit will include an update on development activity in Pasadena by Economic Development Manager Eric Duyshart.
A panel discussion will be moderated by Karl Bird, Acquisitions Department Manager at Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Featured panelists include Phil Hettema, President and Creative Executive of experiential design firm The Hettema Group, Don Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of mobile app developer My Jurny and Michael Shanklin, Chief Executive Officer of Kidspace Children's Museum. Panelists will provide insights into their companies and talk about changing expectations of consumers across a range of industries. Time permitting, there will be a Q&A session following the panel discussion.
