During Cheeseburger Week from January 7th to January 12th, Pasadena honors Lionel Sternberger's genius in being the first to put cheese to hamburger and serve it at the Rite Spot in Pasadena in 1924.
Forty of Pasadena's favorite restaurants, lounges and burger joints offered their signature burgers, some special creations and a deals during Pasadena Cheeseburger Week.

Mid-term Projects in the Business & Entrepreneurship Academy at Muir High School Involve Local Businesses
The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and some of its members were part of the mid-term evaluation of students in the Business and Entrepreneurship Academy at John Muir High School in Pasadena Unified School District. Business partners were tasked with helping evaluate the Awesome Avocado project at John Muir.
Scammers disguising themselves as Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) employees are attempting to extort money from commercial and residential customers, threatening to shut off service unless a payment is made immediately over the phone.
Rose Buds, is the official kids club for the Rose Bowl Stadium and is available for children 12 and under. Members of the Rose Buds will receive exclusive stadium gifts, experiences and benefits throughout the year. Our first kick-off event for any member signed up will be a Play on the Rose Bowl Game Field occurring on January 5, 2018, just days after the big game, from 3:30p-5:30p.
