The public is invited to attend Mayor Terry Tornek’s State of the City address Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, at the Pasadena Unified School District’s John Marshall Fundamental School Gymnasium, 999 N. Allen Ave.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The Mayor’s formal program begins at 7 p.m.

As Pasadena celebrates the invention of the cheeseburger in the city in 1924, 40 restaurants, burger joints and more take part in the citywide celebration.
Several participants in the 2018 Cheeseburger Week celebration and Cheeseburger Challenge are offering special meals and deals.

The second annual Pasadena Half Marathon & 5K at the Rose Bowl will take place on Sunday, January 21, 2018, which approximately 10,000 athletes will participate in. Both the half marathon and the 5K start at 7AM just outside the Rose Bowl.
