PASADENA:  Chef Claud Beltran invites you to an incredible experience – he’s cooking up MUMBO GUMBO.  If you can’t make it to the Gumbo Festival in New Orleans – then this is the place to be!  Beltran, chef/owner of The Eatery and Claud Beltran & Co. Catering will prepare pot-loads of his FAMOUS LOUISANA GUMBO and buckets of his mouth-watering finger-slinging seasoned shrimp. 

While you pull at the shrimp shells, you’ll be tapping your toes and shaking your legs to the sounds of classic Americana styles featuring Wrek N’ Sow Band, a blend of Americana music of bluegrass, roots country and old-timey music with an alternative edge.

MENU:   SALAD: Chicory Greens, Red Onion & Tomato Salad with Cajun Caesar dressing

LE SHRIMP BOIL:  Peel and grub Mexican white shrimp with Texas live crawfish boiled in garlic, lemon and Tabasco served with garlic aioli. CHICKEN & ANDOULIE GUMBO:  with Green onion rice and baguette bread DESSERT:  Bananas Foster Flame with vanilla bean ice cream
