The Pasadena Rental Housing Board announced a second online workshop for landlords and property managers on Tuesday, October 24th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This decision comes after audio issues marred the first public workshop, Unlocking Success, held on Wednesday, October 17, which saw over 160 attendees.
The Board expressed regret over the technical issues that compromised the audio quality and participants’ ability to understand the speaker and webinar content and apologized for the inconvenience caused.
Matthew Siegel, Esq., with over 30 years of experience working with landlords and tenants to comply with local rent control laws, will present an overview of Measure H, the Pasadena Fair and Equitable Charter Amendment.
While participants can pose questions, the Board said the workshop does not replace professional legal counsel on individual situations but will provide free information from an attorney about compliance with the measure and general experiences.
Registration for the event is required. Spanish interpretation will be provided. Registrants for both workshops will receive the October 24th recording and slides.
