The Pasadena Chamber hosts the September BizBoost webinar Navigating Tenant Improvements: What to Know Before You Start with Pasadena Chamber member and recognized expert on commercial construction projects Jamil Soucar of Arc & Line. The webinar is offered via ZOOM on Thursday, July 10, 2026, at 4pm. Jamil Soucar is the founder and principal of Arc & Line, LLC. His professional background serves as the core of his firm's resume, highlighting an extensive career in construction management, scheduling, and expert witness consulting. Mr. Soucar has been a staple of the construction industry since 1983. He specializes in project management, contract scope disputes, and specialized delay/claims analysis. After decades of managing high-profile public and private sector projects, he founded Arc & Line, LLC in 2007, serving as a prime consultant and construction expert.
Professionally, Mr. Soucar has managed complex public works and educational sector construction projects as an owner's representative, project manager, or general consultant. He also has acted as an independent construction expert witness for law firms handling high-stakes contractual, scope, and defect disputes. In addition, Mr. Soucar has developed and conducted technical industry training programs focusing on construction management best practices and claim mitigation
So many people get bogged down in tenant improvement projects because they do not know the questions to ask, the processes to expect or have any idea of the costs involved before they get started. Jamil Soucar has extensive experience with projects of all kinds, size and scope and will be providing insights into the basic groundwork that needs to be done before engaging contractors, applying for permits or spending any money.
BizBoost is hosted by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Chambers from throughout the San Gabriel Valley. We welcome members of any of our Chamber of Commerce partners as well as the general public. We designed the series to support our local businesses in building their prosperity.

More than 100 members, friends and colleagues joined us at Fleming's Prime Steak House and Wine Bar in July. Guests enjoyed wine and appetizers compliments of Fleming's.
