BOARD OFFICERS AND NEW BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2026-27

The Pasadena Chamber Board approved the following as officers for the upcoming fiscal year:                                                                          

  • Chair of the Board: Bill Ukropina (Coldwell Banker Commercial)
  • Chair-elect: Emilio Padilla-Larios (Langham Huntington Pasadena)
  • Chair-elect-elect: Hillary Schenk (Casa Treatment Center)
  • Treasurer: Ray Asad (Fuller Theological Seminary)
  • Secretary: Claudia Goytia (Kaiser Permanente

The Board also approved the following New Board Members (Term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029) 

  • Jimmy Christos (Foothill Restaurant)
  • Katie Hill (Union Station Homeless Services)       
  • Jesus Pimentel (OnCore Solar and Rein H20)    
  • Dennis Rodriguez (Parsons)
     

Chamber members in good standing may seek election to the Board of Directors by petitioning for an election. To do that, a member must gather signatures from representatives of 25 Chamber member businesses. For more information and the nomination form, call the Chamber office at 626-795-3355 and make an appointment to pick up a nomination form. Nomination forms must be returned to the office no later than 12noon on May 15th.
