Gold Runner will celebrate Juneteenth with special trains to Allensworth on June 13th, 2026. Allensworth is the first municipality in California that was founded, funded, and governed by Black people. Enjoy family-friendly festivities, including tours of historic homes, square dancing, arts and crafts, and delicious food.

SCORE Los Angeles is hosting an event in Pasadena June 8th to help small businesses get sub contracts on governmental projects. 

The Community Redevelopment Act (CRA) requires primes to spend a certain % on local small businesses. There are websites that small businesses need to register.  The Primes will go to these sites to find sub contracts.
