Pasadena Dance Theatre (PDT) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support, foster, and advance the art of dance through educational programs. We are dedicated to instilling classical ballet techniques and a professional work ethic. PDT offers the highest quality dance education and training in the San Gabriel Valley. Our approach systematically develops proper alignment, placement, and strength in the students, providing them with a base on which they can master more challenging movement skills. PDT has 3 annual productions a year giving students the opportunity to gain performance experience in a professional setting.
All Instructors at P/oP are Certified from the most respected Pilates institutions in the country. We are a contemporary yet traditional Pilates Studio as well as offer Physical Therapy.
P/oP is equipped with a variety of Pilates apparatus', cardio equipment and a number of accessories to give the client a unique experience every time.
All of our classes are very personalized to meet each individual's goals whether it's to increase flexibility, cross-train or work through injuries ( most commonly back pain ).
P/oP offers privates, duets ( limited to 2 ), or group classes ( maximum 4 people ).

The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, opened in 1990 and is located in Pasadena’s beautiful Brookside Park, just south of the famous Rose Bowl Stadium. This world-class aquatics facility offers year-round aquatic and fitness programming to children, youth, families, and seniors so that all generations can achieve the benefits of healthy living habits, regular exercise, and sports training. The RBAC is best known as the training facility for the Rose Bowl Aquatics swim team, as well as Rose Bowl Masters swimming, Rose Bowl diving teams, and the Rose Bowl water polo club. The RBAC serves more than 450,000 patrons annually
